Shipping Policy

If your order is placed before noon, it will be shipped out the same day (assuming stock availability) and should be delivered the next day. Usual TAT for the delivery is 1-2 working days and we try to best to deliver the next working day if the order is placed post 12:00pm.

If you are located within the United Arab Emirates & your ordered items are in stock, you will receive your products within 1-2 working days. If your items are not in stock, we will contact you immediately to inform you about expected delivery times.

Return & Refund

At luxurist.ae, it is our intention and vision that your satisfaction is our success and to ensure we do all it takes that our customers are satisfied. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund.

We do offer a full refund of the product value if you are not satisfied with the purchase/product. (No refund for the shipping fees).

All products must be returned to us, unused and with all tags attached and in the same original condition of the box and packaging.

Once we have received and inspected the returned product(s), you may exchange with any other product(s): • of the same value; or • of a greater value, in which case you will have to pay the price difference at the time of the exchange.

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
