Refund & Returns

At luxurist.ae, it is our intention and vision that your satisfaction is our success and to ensure we do all it takes that our customers are satisfied. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund.

We do offer a full refund of the product value if you are not satisfied with the purchase/product. (No refund for the shipping fees)

All products must be returned to us, unused and with all tags attached and in the same original condition of the box and packaging.

Once we have received and inspected the returned product(s), you may exchange with any other product(s):

• of the same value; or
• of a greater value, in which case you will have to pay the price difference at the time of the exchange.

NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND FOR PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Returns

All returns must be made within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with the original packaging intact. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

After receiving your item and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your exchange.

Exceptions
